In Buca, one of the largest districts of Izmir, the salary crisis for municipal employees is escalating. Civil servants continued their strike today, which they began because they have not received their retroactive Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) rights. Highlighting the lack of dialogue with the municipal administration, Reşat Bozat reacted by saying, "We don't want a favor, we want the reward for our hard work."
