The arms manufacturer Verney-Carron, placed in judicial reform, was to be fixed on his fate this Wednesday 4 June. Two offers of repossessions were registered and were examined on 28 May last by the commercial court of Saint-Etienne. This stéphanois industrial flagship is taken over by a company of the Loire: Rivolier.
At the end of the judicial reorganization procedure, the Stéphanois manufacturer of weapons was finally taken over by the Italian distributor Rivolier. His offer was preferred to that of the Belgian FN Browning.
