Hits in Konstanz, Cologne and Switzerland: The Federal Prosecutor's Office has arrested several Ukrainians. They are said to have planned attacks on behalf of Moscow.

Three suspected Russian agents have arrested the German Federal Prosecutor's Office in Germany and Cologne. They are said to have agreed to commit fire and explosive attacks on freight transport.
