In response to the issue of Okinawan companies and others protesting against unauthorized trademark applications filed by goods manufacturer Ryukyu Works (Nago City), it has now been revealed that the design of the welcome board (signboard) installed at Naha Airport by Naha Airport Building (Naha City) and the corporate logo of A&W Okinawa (Urasoe City) appear to have also been applied for without permission.
