HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Iowa -- A Rutland woman is in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of neglect of dependent people. On May 2, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office was called to a home in Rutland, located along the 1800 block of Iowa Avenue, to assist Humboldt Ambulance with a call.
