Ruth Marie Thompson, 89, of Rawson, passed away on May 29, 2025 at her daughter’s residence in West Salem, Ohio. She was born to the late Sylvester and Florence (Leatherman) Dangler. On July 3, 1953, she married Melvin Marquart and he passed away. She later married Alfred Thompson on December 13, 1966 and he also preceded her in death. Ruth was a homemaker most of her life.
