Following Cuba’s announcement that it ran out of fuel for planes, Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov noted that the Russian government is looking for solutions together with Cuban authorities to facilitate the return of Russian tourists vacationing in the largest Antilles and help overcome the crisis caused by the United States blockade.
