The Russian Government has imposed an import duty of 35 per cent on biologically active additives from non-friendly countries since October, with the exception of products from Hungary and Slovakia, the new rate for consumer packages to be marked by means of identification, and the relevant changes have been made to the current list of goods from non-friendly States subject to increased duties.
The regulation will enter into force on 2 October and will remain in force until 31 December 2027 inclusive
