Romania's Foreign Ministry has condemned Russia's massive shelling of Ukraine on the night of Thursday, which killed at least 19 people.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns Russia's major evening air raid on Kiev, which has caused numerous civilian victims and significant payments, including buildings owned by the EU and the British Council.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski spoke out on Russia's overnight attack on Ukraine. "Putin's missiles killed Ukrainian civilians that night and damaged the EU delegation building. This is how Russia fights for peace," he wrote. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha responded to his statement, saying the attack was a rejection of Vladimir Putin's peace efforts. He also thanked Poland for its support.
