Runaway barge hits bridge!
This barge broke free from being tied and eventually was caught up at the Coffeeville Lock and Dam. It would sink after taking on water. A second barge also broke free from where it have been tethered. It hit the Jim Folsom Bridge on U.S. Highway 84.
