The battery factory in Ivancsa unexpectedly laid off hundreds of workers, mainly hired labor and guest workers, which may be behind a drop in demand for electric cars in Europe, RTL reported.

The scandal around the battery factory in Iváncsá does not subside, after the accidents, hundreds of workers are now left without work.
