Luna is a cocker spaniel – and she’s very lively. I remember taking her out for a walk one day, just a few months after we got her as a pup, and I met a man walking along with his very old cocker spaniel. He looked at Luna, and then at me. “The first three years are the worst,” he said. And, yes, he was right!
