Artillery Brewing Co., 4221 Ferne Blvd., Drexel Hill: • Food in the refrigerator is not marked with a use-by date. • Food storage containers are not labeled. Chili’s Grill & Bar, 4750 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven: • Fixed equipment exposed to spillage or seepage is not installed so that it is sealed to adjoining equipment or walls. Various sinks are not sealed to the wall. • An air gap is not properly provided at soda area. The water supply inlet is below the flood rim of the fixture/equipment. • Make-up air / Exhaust vents in the kitchen area were found with accumulation of dust on them.
