Owens, Funny sworn in during special Brookhaven City Council meeting

She complimented her colleagues on the panel, saying that they have no egos or personal agendas, and work for the good of the city. John Funny, surrounded by his family, is sworn into office by DeKalb State Judge Ana Maria Martinez.
