British miners re-enter the Pacific after rescue at high seas
Two Britishs returned on this Tuesday (5) the audacious attempt to end 12.9 miles without stopping by the Pacific Ocean, after a dramatic rescue on the high seas. Miriam Payne (25) and Jess Rowe (28) hoped to become the first two women to pass through the Pacific without support. They were forced to abort the first attempt when their nine-metre ship's anchor, the Velocity, broke 350 miles from Peru's coast last month, leaving them to the result.
