A Ukrainian Drone Strike Forced Russia’s Ryazan Refinery to Suspend Operations, Two Industry Sources Tell Reuters

Industry sources said the main CDU-6 unit caught fire and repairs could take several weeks.

Two industry sources tell Reuters the Rosneft-owned Ryazan refinery suspended operations after Sunday's Ukrainian drone strike — both primary units down, a weeks-long closure expected at the plant that helps fuel Moscow, its third hit this year. Drones also circled Rostov-on-Don for four hours as Kyiv claimed an airfield, a radar, and two Pantsir-S1s. The strikes fell during a truce that covered only the two capitals.

According to the sources of the publication, after the attack, the main AFT-6 plant, as well as the additional AFT-4 plant, were stopped.
