January 29, 206 10:30 a.m. Roseburg Police jailed one man and cited a woman following a camping/littering incident on Wednesday. An RPD report said just before 8:00 a.m. the 35-year-old man and 38-year-old woman were found camping in a restricted area in the 2600 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard.
