ROSEBURG POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH HARASSMENT

An RPD report said at 2:40 p.m. officers responded to the 1000 block of Southeast Main Street after a caller said there had been a disturbance. During the investigation, it was determined that the 68-year-old had bit a victim on the hand a few days prior, leaving marks. The man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $2,000.
