Rome Man Jailed After Grabbing Daughter in “Forceful Manner”

Michael James Wigley, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed his daughter in a “forceful manner”, in an attempt to pull her away from her mother. Police said that the victim suffered visible injuries. The incident, which happened in front of two children, occurred at a home on Reservoir Street. Wigley is charged with battery and 2 counts cruelty to children. Source
