Romanian woman forced by court to send her children into foster care in UK

The Bucharest Court of Appeal has ruled that a mother from Vaslui County should send her children into foster care in the UK. The woman is accused of international abduction of minors by social services in Newham, London, who have referred the Romanian authorities.
