ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford-area residents with a criminal record received a chance to have their record cleared on Friday. The 5th annual Second Chance Summit was held at the Nordloff Center, at 118 N Main Street. The one-day outreach event provides an opportunity for people to remove old criminal offenses from their records.
