Ukraine’s military continued its targeted airstrikes on Russian energy infrastructure overnight on Sunday, with a missile strike reported on a thermal power plant in Russia’s southwestern Belgorod region, as well as a large number of drones intercepted en route to the Russian capital.
In Belgorod, missiles hit CHP: power outages in the city. The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported a missile strike on the city on December 14, which damaged engineering facilities and the glazing of buildings. Local residents report a strike on the CHP, which led to the disappearance of power supply.
