Body From July 19 Mississippi Accident Identified

GOODHUE COUNTY, MINNESOTA, JUL 19 – Ronald John Highet drowned after entering the Mississippi River without a life jacket, while a 12-year-old girl involved was rescued unharmed, officials said.
