There is already a Ferris wheel in Kaunas. You can see it, although it is not yet open to visitors - preparatory work is still underway. It is large. Visible from afar. It will undoubtedly become another attraction of the city. And yet, looking at it, I do not at all wonder what the view will be like when I go up. I wonder another question: at what cost do the mayor's dreams spin?
