ATHENS, Ohio –– Robert Wayne “Bob” Bruce, 71, of Athens died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025 at his home.  Born June 29, 1954 in Athens, he was the son of the late James and Dorothy Thompson Bruce. Robert attended Athens High School.  He enjoyed horses, was a horse farrier in the area and worked as an auto body technician for many years.  He retired from and was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 18.  He enjoyed garden tractor …
