Road closures for Baltimore’s Black History Month Parade
Several Baltimore roadways will be closed for the city’s second annual Black History Month Parade on Monday. The parade will start at noon at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Eutaw Street. It will then move south down Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, turn west on Baltimore Street, and end between Fremont Avenue and Poppleton Street.
