  • Built-for-Efficiency features mean the enterprise performance management suite automates planning and forecasting to optimize route profitability, while AI-powered mobile applications and voice bots enable crew enablement and personalized customer care agents’ support.
  • With initial flights under way, the collaboration is framed as a three-year effort, with commercial services expected to begin in early 2026, positioning Riyadh Air as a blueprint for future airlines.
