RIP Sesame Street Writer Sara Compton

We are saddened to learn that longtime Sesame Street writer Sara Compton has passed away. Compton was on the Sesame writing team from seasons 9 through 33 and wrote dozens of memorable songs for the show. Perhaps her best known song is “We Are All Earthlings,” which is as important today as it ever was.
