(WRIC) -- The Richmond Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) has announced it is hosting an adult dog adoption event, where prospective pet owners can name their own adoption fee. From March 3 through 9, the Richmond SPCA will allow you to name your price on all adult dogs.
