Richlands Blessing Collective expands winter break food kits

RICHLANDS, N.C. (WNCT) -- The nonprofit Blessing Collective in Richlands is aiming to provide winter break food and hygiene kits to an estimated 1,300 food-insecure students in Onslow County.
