It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Richard G. Kent, 78, a much-loved husband, best friend, father, and grandfather. Richie was born on Oct. 27, 1946, to Claire E (Todd) Kent and G. Gordon Kent and passed peacefully at home on March 21. He graduated from Somerville High School and Burdett College and was an Army veteran. He enjoyed many summers in Monponsett.
