Richard B. “Dick” Smith, 80, of Punxsutawney, died Monday, October 13, 2025, at Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor. He was born May 22, 1945, in Punxsutawney, a son of the late Margaret (DeFoor) and Harry Smith. On March 6, 1965, he married Patricia A. (Bedell) Smith, who survives.
