(WIVT/WBGH) - The ribbon was cut today on a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to preparing students for careers in the skilled trades. The new Broome-Tioga Trades Complex was unveiled at BOCES today, which will offer training in both heavy equipment operation and installing and servicing solar panels.
