DARLINGTON, S.C. (WBTW) -- With the official opening of the new Black Creek Elementary School only two weeks away, Darlington County officials celebrated Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new state-of-the-art facility, which cost about $45 million to build, will house about 720 students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
