Sanchez pleads guilty to refusing breathalyzer test
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — State Rep. Enrique Sanchez pled guilty Friday to refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test in connection with a DUI arrest in February. According to court records the judge sentenced Sanchez to an alcohol treatment course, 10 hours of community service, and having an ignition interlock system installed in his vehicle for six months.
