WOONSOCKET — Rhode Island State Police arrested a Woonsocket man Sunday on an active bench warrant following a motor vehicle stop. Troopers from the Scituate Barracks arrested Brandon Lewis, 30, of 42 Blackstone Street, Woonsocket, at 10:10 a.m. on March 17.
