SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- A pedestrian was killed late Thursday afternoon after a collision in Spartanburg County. According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:20 p.m., in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 26 at mile marker 26. Rhode Island State Police investigating I-295 pedestrian crash

SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island State Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by a tractor trailer on the highway Thursday afternoon. It happened just before 3 p.m. on Interstate 295 North, just south of Route 146. According to state police, the man hit by the tractor trailer was taken to the hospital for treatment.
