Rezoning proposal for 324-acre east Oxford site fails

The Oxford Board of Aldermen voted 4-2 Tuesday against a rezoning request from Blackburn Holdings, the developer behind Oxford Commons, which sought approval to develop portions of a 324-acre tract in the northeastern part of the city.
