Reynolds adding 200 jobs at Tobaccoville plant focused on smokeless products

Reynolds’ overall workforce is currently at about 4,300, including more than 2,200 locally when counting Tobaccoville operations and its downtown Winston-Salem U.S. headquarters. The 200 pledged jobs are on top of about 800 created in Tobaccoville since October 2024.
