The Mayor of Sector 2 wants to restructure the city hall from the ground up. Rareş Hopincă is laying off 400 employees and eliminating more than half of the management positions. The list includes the Local Police, the Tax Department and the Public Domain Administration. All these measures will bring savings of 30 million lei per year.
