Supplementary pensions for private employees will not be revalued in November.
Trade unions and employers have failed to agree on the rate of change for this year, partly due to the instability caused by the suspension of the reform.

In the absence of agreement between the representatives of the employers' and trade union organisations which make up it, the Agirc-Arrco will not revalue its pensions on 1 November. Nor will the scheme change the purchase value of the item on 1 January 2026.
There will be no revalorisation for supplementary private pensions on 1 November, announced Friday the Agirc-Arrco, "failure to agree" between the unions and the employers who manage the scheme.
