SARASOTA, Fla. — Telescope Casual Furniture sales representative Robert (Bob) Lee Swan passed away on March 27. He was 88. Born in Memphis on Nov. 21, 1936, Swan and his family moved to Jackson, Miss., where he graduated from high school and went on to serve in the U.S. Marines. Former manufacturer’s rep Robert (Bob) Lee Swan died on March 27 in Sarasota, Florida. He was 88. After serving in the United States Marine Corp. from 1956 to 1958, Swan went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi in 1970.
