After the organ pipes in the Beethovenhalle remained silent for years, a lot of work was done at the organ workshop Klais in Bonn. They report on the elaborate restoration and start with the intonation of the concert organ.
The Beethovenhalle in Bonn is almost finished after nine years of renovation. The last major project is currently underway: the original Klais organ is finely adjusted and adapted to the new acoustics. Intonation – the organ builder calls the process, which still runs by hand.
