Residents enthusiastically participated in the Mazu Procession at Taisheng Temple in Budai Wanggang

The annual Mazu procession was held at the Wanggang Taisheng Temple in Budai Township, Chiayi County on the 19th. County Mayor Weng Changliang and Legislative Yuan member Tsai Yi-yu went to pay their respects and personally asked the Mazu statue to be carried onto the sedan chair. They then carried the sedan chair together for the procession. The ceremony was solemn and grand, attracting believers from the entire village to participate.
