While preparing to build a power substation next to a Utah residential subdivision, a prehistoric field of dinosaur and other fossils was discovered. Now hundreds of volunteers are helping excavate the site.

The Joint Paleontological Foundation of Teruel-Dinópolis and the University of Vigo investigate a type of plant that was widely distributed during the Mesozoic and that provides data on the environments in which dinosaurs lived.
