(WJHL) — A Johnson City man was arrested on two counts of aggravated child abuse/neglect on Tuesday after home security footage of him allegedly abusing a juvenile on two separate occasions was provided to the Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO). Reports of abuse to police lands Johnson City man in jail
A neighbor called law enforcement about children in danger of injury at the property of Marcus Stewart Wright of Johnson City. That resulted in his trip to jail and the felony charges against him. Sullivan County deputies had to assist Washington County investigators to find Wright, 30, and after an initial review, Wright was jailed and charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse or neglect.
