Philadelphia Eagles, linebacker Zack Baun agree to $51M extension
The Philadelphia Eagles have re-signed All-Pro linebacker Zack Baun to a three-year deal worth $51 million, with $34 million guaranteed, according to league sources.
Zack Baun had a standout season, achieving 151 total tackles and five forced fumbles, playing a significant role in the Eagles' Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Eagles General Manager Howie Roseman stated that keeping Baun was a priority, acknowledging his tremendous impact during the regular season and playoffs.
Baun decided against free agency to remain with the Eagles, now recognized as a key component in their defense.
