CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A man is facing charges after CMPD say he exposed himself to a child at a park. Police arrested and charged Gabriel Hamrick with indecent exposure on Tuesday. According to court records, Hamrick exposed himself to a 12-year-old at a skate park on Tuckaseegee Road. He has since bonded out of a jail.
