Renault Group's electrified vehicle deliveries rose 77% globally, with international markets growing 11.7%, offsetting weaker van sales in Europe, company data showed.
- On Tuesday, Renault Group said global vehicle sales rose 3.2% in 2025, with worldwide sales growth across Renault, Dacia, and Alpine brands.
- Renault Group attributed the gain to stronger demand outside Europe and higher deliveries of electrified vehicles, with international markets making up 38% of Renault brand volumes and outside-Europe sales rising 11.7%.
- By segment, Renault brand passenger car sales rose 10.0%, while light commercial vehicle sales fell 16.5% to 336,505 units, according to the automaker.
- France remained the largest market for Renault Group with 533,692 vehicles sold and a 26.8% market share, while the company plans 2026 product launches across internal combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles, Fabrice Cambolive said.
- With international markets at 38%, Renault's electrification push includes about 400,000 hybrid vehicles sold in Europe, up 35.1%, and about 194,000 electric vehicles, rising 76.7%.
