INDIANAPOLIS — A ramp connecting Interstate 465 eastbound to Binford Boulevard will close on Friday. According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the closure will be in place for 60 days and is part of the Clear Path 465 project that is underway on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
